Immigration attorneys
Licensed US immigration attorneys who pay to be listed here. Before you use this page, read how to find real help — it explains who may lawfully represent you under 8 CFR 292.1 and how to spot notario fraud.
These are paid listings
- Every attorney below pays the same flat annual fee to appear. The fee does not change with placement, with clicks, or with whether you hire anyone.
- NoticeWatch is not a lawyer referral service and does not evaluate, rank or recommend any attorney. Listings are ordered alphabetically by surname.
- We take no share of any fee you may later pay an attorney, and we are not told whether you contacted one.
- Contacting an attorney through this page does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing here is legal advice.
We record each attorney's bar number, issuing state and the date we last confirmed the licence was active. A listing is withheld if that check is more than a year old.
Free help first
Everyone on this page charges for their time. If cost is a barrier, the Department of Justice publishes a list of pro bono legal service providers by state, and DOJ-recognized organizations provide representation at no cost or for nominal fees. Neither pays us anything and both come before this list.
For attorneys
A listing is $240 a year, identical for every attorney, and it buys one thing: a place in the alphabetical list. It does not buy position, promotion or a recommendation, and we take no share of any fee you earn — that would be fee-sharing with a nonlawyer under ABA Model Rule 5.4(a).
We verify your bar number with the issuing state before publishing and again each year. You are not billed until the listing is live. Apply on the directory page.
