Known limitations

travel.state.gov is unreachable. The Visa Bulletin sits behind a Cloudflare challenge. We do not circumvent access controls, so we monitor the USCIS pages that publish the same determination.
The newest sponsor year is partial. USCIS adds the H-1B Employer Data Hub by quarter, so the latest fiscal year is incomplete until it finishes. From FY2023 we read USCIS's own dashboard export, where "continuing" also counts change with same employer, new concurrent, change of employer and amended petitions. Compare initial approvals across years; treat the continuing figure across FY2022 to FY2023 with care.
Employer records can duplicate. USCIS publishes only the last four digits of each tax ID, so similar names may appear as separate records.
Cap-exempt flags are indicators. They show that an employer resembles a statutory category. Eligibility is determined by the employer and their counsel.
