Official abstract

Legislation over the last several years has created several new immigrant visa categories. In addition, the passage of time has resulted in the lapsing of other transitional categories. This rule provides a new table of immigrant visa symbols at Sec. 42.11 which reflects these changes. Minor editorial changes have been made throughout.
