Official abstract

This rule implements the provisions of section 209 of the Immigration Act of 1990. This section creates a new nonimmigrant classification under INA 101(a)(15)(R). The new nonimmigrant visa classification provides for the temporary admission into the United States of ``aliens in religious occupations.''
