Your watched cases
Every case you asked to be told about, with the status USCIS last published and when it was last checked.
Signing in
There is no password. Enter the address used when a watch was started and a link arrives by email. It works once and expires in fifteen minutes.
Why the answer is the same either way
The response to a sign-in request is identical whether or not that address is watching anything. Confirming which addresses have immigration cases would tell anyone holding a list of addresses something they should not learn here.
What is stored
A one-off lookup keeps nothing. Watching is the exception, because a case cannot be re-checked if the number was not kept: there the receipt and address are encrypted at rest, stored under a one-way hash rather than under the address itself, and deleted on unsubscribe.
A case status is a factual record of where a filing sits. It is not an assessment of the case, and nothing here is legal advice.
